Samsung Shark
Samsung are well known for their intuitive mobile phone designs. Creating affordable and good quality mobile phones is one of Samsung’s main commitments, and Samsung’s latest release really shows their attention to detail as well as their goal to use all the latest technology to enhance the user experience.
The Samsung Shark is the latest release from Samsung. Unlike its counterparts, Shark 2 and Shark 3, the Samsung shark is a bar phone, rather than the slide phone. This gives it an appeal to those people who are anti slide phones. The Shark has been designed with multimedia and connectivity in mind, with many applications designed to help keep you in touch with people around the globe. The phone features one click access to social networking sites, such as Bebo, Facebook and MySpace. This means you can access your favorite sites in the click of a button.
Using a 2.2 inch screen, you can view websites and photographs with ease, and you can even watch movies when embarking on long journeys. Complete with a 3.2inch megapixel camera, the phone is capable of snapping up your most memorable events, whether it be a sporting event, a music event or your child’s school play. Whatever the occasion the camera will capture it, then allow you to transfer it to your computer or laptop for editing and distribution.
When you are on the move, the built in FM radio will keep you company! Allowing you to tune into all your favorite stations, simply plug in the headphones and you have real time radio whilst on the go. Connectivity wise, the phone uses the latest Bluetooth technology to enable you to connect with others. However the blue tooth system has been updated to provide you with added protection against hacks and malicious software taking advantage of your phone. Using 3G technology you can connect to the internet with apparent ease, and with record page loading times you will never be kept waiting again.
The phone has 100MB of internal memory, enough for about 300 songs, or 2 or 3 full length movies! You can purchase additional memory cards for the phone, as the phone has a memory card port. The battery is one of the only downfalls with this phone, as you get only 3 hours talktime on a full charge. That being said however the phone looks to be a great success, and people are already asking when it will be released along with the price and the contract options.
