Affordability + Music = Nokia X3

Monday, October 5, 2009Nokia

Nokia X3The Nokia X3 was one of a number of phones which were revealed at the Nokia World 2009 event which was held in Stuttgart, Germany. The X3 is notable for being the first Symbian Series40 phone to come integrated with Nokia’s OVI store. The phone has a 3.2 megapixel camera, a compact size and a 2.2 inch screen. Support for 16 GB microSD memory cards, stereo speakers and the dedicated music buttons beside the screen are some of the other highlights of this phone.

The phone has an active homescreen which enables you to view your contacts, friends, and the song which is currently playing. Music aficionados have some other good news. The flight mode allows you to use all the functions of the phone, including the music player, even when you are on a plane.

Stereo Bluetooth support is present on the phone, meaning that you can use your favourite wireless headset with the phone. The 3.5 mm headset jack enables you to use your computer headset with the phone rather than the headset which comes with the phone. The microUSB v2.0 port enables you to transfer data to and from the computer. Music can be managed on the phone using Windows Media Player 11 or the OVI player.

There are plentiful messaging options in the phone. A great feature present is the receiving of MMS and SMS in the same inbox, making it convenient for you to view them. Nokia Xpress Audio Messaging support is also present. Nokia Messaging 2.0 allows you to use your email and IM accounts on the phone.

The Nokia X3 Reviews have been good, so don’t miss out on it when it gets released during the 4th quarter of this year, possibly near Christmas, for an estimated 105 pounds. Alternatively you will be able to pick up some very affordable Nokia X3 contracts.
