Android Based HTC Tattoo Available on Vodafone in the UK
The Android based HTC set with a slim and attractive design, Tattoo, is available on Vodafone’s online store and the shipping of the order starts from October 8. HTC Tattoo is expected to be relatively cheaper than many other high profile smartphones, but is being widely received positively because of its attractive slim design, a simple yet effective user interface, and all the benefits of the popular operating system platform developed by Google, Android. Tattoo also uses a number of other Google web services, such as Google maps, search and email among its features pertaining to the internet and web surfing.
The phone has a simple five button menu and is navigated through a touch-screen and enables users to modify it the way it is convenient to them, The Android platform helps you to stay updated with the latest updates on your Facebook news feed, with the latest videos on YouTube, or the pictures added by your friends on Flickr and respond to them with considerable ease.
The HTC Tattoo handset does not offer as sensitive a touch screen or a 5.0 mega pixel camera as in HTC Hero, but it is much lighter and smaller than the latter and is expected to be carrying a cheaper price as well. HTC Tattoo features a 3.2 mega pixel camera and a resistive touch-screen instead, while its 2.8” inch TFT screen is also smaller than the 3.2” screen of HTC Hero, but with smaller dimensions, the smaller screen is understandable. The rest of the features of both the phones are almost similar, with same processor power and memory.
HTC Tattoo has a much more attractive and slim design, and its interface with an improved version of Android is the main factor why mobile phone enthusiasts will be looking forward to the release of HTC Tattoo on contract.
