The Samsung Lindy M5650 Looks Like the Real Deal
The Samsung Lindy M5650 has already been released in Portugal and Spain. It is scheduled to be available soon in other parts of the world, particularly outside of North and South America. The Lindy M5650 is a higher quality phone then its predecessors, the Corby series. Samsung has added some features to this phone that didn’t exist in the aforementioned.
The Lindy is a touch screen handset that is extremely lightweight and stylish. It comes with a 2.8 QVGA display screen, 3 megapixel camera and a video recorder. The phone is also equipped with a FM radio, Bluetooth, USB, Wi-Fi and microSD. The latter makes it possible for additional memory to be added when and if needed. The 3.5 G handset is light in weight, coming in just shy of 98g.
Users will be able to browse the internet and send and read email. They will also be able to connect to some of the most popular social networking websites including Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and YouTube.
From appearances, the Lindy M5650 looks to be aimed at younger users. The interface looks a bit cartoonish and not serious like many other mobiles. The M5650 has been released in Portugal and Europe and wider spread distribution soon. In Spain and Portugal the phone is selling for under €200 (€159 to be exact).
The Samsung Lindy is an attractive phone that is reasonably priced at 159 euros. It is a nice phone that provides a satisfactory amount of features. It would be considered a mid-level phone and includes many standard multi-media mobile phones features such as a camera, video recorder, Bluetooth, FM radio and a microSD slot. The latter allows individuals to add more memory. Overall, the 3.5 G handset looks to be a good buy. It is not too expensive and should satisfy the needs of a good percentage of those in the market for a handset.
